We are raising and breeding purebred heritage hogs on pasture from farrow to finish, the old fashioned way. We are a first generation farm learning lessons the hard way and discussing the nuts and bolt of raising hogs as well as raising a family and feeding our community. We are excited to talk pigs and farm life with all it entails!

Our farm is called Rowan Ridge Farm in western New Hampshire-I'm Stephen, I'm a husband and dad, I work off the farm as an RN and I'm a type 1 diabetic and a lot of other things! My wife Mayra is the brains of the outfit with a background in project and grant management--she is a super mom, magnificent wife and manages the big-picture stuff on the farm and our content.
