The Unimerse is a place to bring together new, interesting and revealing approaches to immersive, 360˚ or 3D imagery.  I'm Simon Bolton-Gabrielsen, a soon-to-be PhD researcher unpacking the languages of immersive storytelling, especially captured cinematic narratives.  I'm picking up this new form where cinema, one day, will give way.  We're in uncharted territory, sailing the seas of a whole new way of telling stories, experiencing worlds and sharing ideas, and here we're going to build a curated resource of different approaches to that - videos that ask unique questions, and maybe suggests some answers, to how we're going to communicate, express ourselves and convey meaning to others through this new art form.  We're looking for unique explorations of 360˚ and 3D video, especially with live capture elements, though digital effects-based videos are welcome too, and we'd love to see some really interesting uses of spatial audio.
