Info
Hello everyone !
I'm doing graphics programming for fun.
I worked on a few OpenGL game prototypes in the past but I decided to start again from scratch, so I'm working on a new engine (OpenGL on Linux).
I'll successively work on small games while working on the engine so I can improve the engine and add new features with specific goals.
As a first project, I'm working on a 2048 game in 3D. I decided to start with this game because it is simple, can be implemented with only cubes and requires a very simple user interface. This game will allow me to implement the basic features of the engine (window creation, basic rendering and texturing, view and projection matrices, basic lighting, UI rendering, etc...)
