Research in Practice is a group for researchers and collaborators in the architecture-engineering-construction (AEC) industry setup by Dr Jacqueline Baker when she transitioned to a practice-based research role after spending 8 years at Monash University. Her expertise assists medium to large scale commercial, retail and residential real-estate and property owners and developers to quantify how prospective buyers and tenants trade-off and prioritize design, amenity and location features when choosing from property alternatives.
