THE APHOTIC STRAIN, coalesced from the void in 2019, is a hungarian death metal band from Budapest. After a few years of chaos, change and stagnation, they released their debut album "Palingenesis" in 2022. Painting nightmarish, cosmic horror vistas with their lyrical themes, aggressive, yet sometimes moody riffs and relentless percussions, The Aphotic Strain is ready to descend upon the eardrums of the people at any venue they assail.
